WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Your order should arrive within the time frame of your chosen delivery method, which you can double check in your order confirmation email. If the delivery time frame has passed and you’ve still not received your items, please get in touch with us at orders@thegypsyshrine.com and don’t forget to include your order number!

I'VE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM IN MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Please contact us as soon as possible at orders@thegypsyshrine.com with your order number and address and our customer service team will be able to help. We aim to rectify any incorrect orders as quickly as we can.

WHY AM I MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

If you receive your order and an item is missing, please check your emails or junk emails to see if you’ve received an out of stock notice from us, if you haven’t received this please email us at orders@thegypsyshrine.com with your order number and one of our advisors will help you further.

WHERE IS MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an email confirmation sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If for some reason, you did not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you still cannot find this, please log into your account to check that your order was initially processed, and if you are still having problems please contact us!

WHAT IF I ENTERED THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS?

As soon as you place an order, our dispatch team get working on it right away. If your order is going to the wrong address please contact us ASAP at orders@thegypsyshrine.com, outlining the correct address and your order number. We are not responsible for incorrect imputed information at checkout. If you have imputed your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped, you will have to wait until the package is returned back to our warehouse before we can resend. The Gypsy Shrine Ltd cannot cover any cost of returning the order if the customer provided an incorrect delivery address.

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER?

We’re sorry, but because our team get working on packing your orders immediately, we cannot accept any order amendments. Once you receive your order, you do have 28 days to return certain products if you want to buy something else!

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Our team work super hard to pack your order as quickly as possible, so we can’t accept any order cancellations. However, you do have 28 days to return your order if you aren’t happy with it.

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE IS A FAULTY ITEM IN MY ORDER?

We want to resolve any issues with faulty items straight away. Please contact us with the order number, the name of the product and a description of the fault.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept payment from debit or credit cards - American Express, Discover, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Cirrus, as well as payments made by PayPal.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

We don’t at the moment, but we are working on it for you! Make sure you sign up to our newsletter so you are the first to know when we release them.

DO YOU OFFER A STUDENT DISCOUNT?

We do for UK customers only. Students can get 20% off via UNiDAYS.

WHY ISN'T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORKING?

Firstly, check that you’re entering the discount code exactly as it appears (case sensitive) and check that the code is still in date and has not expired. If it still isn’t working, drop us an email at orders@thegypsyshrine.com.

WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?

We offer UK Standard delivery for £2.99 (Free over £50) and estimated arrival is in 3-5 days.
• We use Royal Mail to ship all items within the UK.
• We also ship WORLDWIDE! We offer a non-tracked service which can take up to 20 days or we can ship via DHL Tracked.
• For DHL tracked international service, somebody is required to sign for the package.
• Average delivery is up to 10 working days for international orders.
• Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday (Saturdays during busy periods).

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS MISSING?

Please wait up to 6 working days after ordering for UK shipments or up to 15 days for international, then contact our customer service team at orders@thegypsyshrine.com. Don’t forget to include your order number!

CAN I TRACK THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?

If your order has been sent to you using a trackable service, you can follow its journey to you. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email from our warehouse once your order is on its way; simply click on your tracking link on this email to view the up to date tracking.

WHAT IS I'M NOT IN WHEN YOU TRY TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

All UK deliveries are with Royal Mail, so if you are not home and the parcel needs a signature or won’t fit through your letterbox, they will leave a card, which will tell you where and when you can collect the parcel. All shipments sent via DHL require a signature, so someone will need to be in when that gets delivered, otherwise you will have to arrange redelivery or collect from the depot.

WILL MY PARCEL INCUR CUSTOMS OR IMPORT DUTY?

If you live outside the EU, local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and no way to predict how much they may be. You may be able to get more information directly from the Customs & Excise office in your country.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

If you do need to return an item, you can do so within 28 days. All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Before you return your order, you must notify us by contacting orders@thegypsyshrine.com and you MUST include your order number within your return, so we know who to refund.

Please note if it has been over 28 days from the date you received your item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.

We strongly recommend that you get proof of postage when returning an item. The customer must cover the cost of returning unwanted goods, unless the product is faulty or the order was sent incorrectly. The Gypsy Shrine Ltd cannot cover any cost of returning the order if the customer provided an incorrect delivery address.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges at this moment in time. However, you can return any goods you would like to exchange within 28 days and buy again once we have issued your refund.

CAN I RETURN ANY PRODUCT?

Some items can’t be returned e.g. earrings, items where a hygiene strip or seal has been removed (like swimwear and underwear). They also include goods with a seal for health protection and hygiene reasons that's been broken.

All our beauty products are non-returnable if they have been removed from their original packaging due to hygiene regulations.

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY REFUND IS INCORRECT?

Drop us an email at orders@thegypsyshrine.com with your order number and outlining the products you returned.

WILL MY ORIGINAL POSTAGE COSTS BE REFUNDED?

Postage costs will only be refunded if your product is damaged or faulty.

I BOUGHT A GYPSY SHRINE PRODUCT IN TOPSHOP AND WANT TO RETURN IT, WHAT DO I DO?

If you buy one of our products in a concession store, unfortunately you can only return it at the chain it was purchased from. I.e. if you purchased an item from a The Gypsy Shrine stand in a Topshop store, you can only return this to any Topshop store with adequate receipt of purchase.

I BOUGHT SOME PRODUCTS ONLINE, CAN I RETURN THEM TO A TOPSHOP CONCESSION?

Unfortunately not, all products bought online must be sent back to us at our HQ in Manchester. They cannot be returned to one of our Topshop concessions.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURNED ITEMS?

If you are sending back an order from within the UK, please allow 7-10 days for us to process this in our warehouse.

If you are sending back an order from an international location, please allow up to 20 days for us to process this in our warehouse.

We'll send you an email as soon as we've completed your return, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE ISSUED?

Please allow 5-10 working days for you refund to show in your bank account.

IS YOUR GLITTER BIODEGRADABLE?

We do have a biodegradable range of glitter! You can shop it here

Our bio glitter is produced from a special biodegradable film which is derived from sustainable and environmentally sourced raw materials. The glitter is made from a material called Cellulose and comes predominantly from eucalyptus trees.

CAN I HAVE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS?

We work hard to include as much information about our products in our product descriptions on the product page, but if there’s something more specific you’d like to know please contact us at info@thegypsyshrine.com.

CAN YOU TELL ME IF YOUR GETTING A PRODUCT I WANT BACK IN STOCK?

Thanks to our amazing customers, some of the items on our website do sell out very quickly! However, it’s worth checking back as the site is updated very often. You can also sign up to receive a product notification when your fave items are available again! We include the option to sign up for back in stock email notifications on all of our sold out products.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

If a product is vegan, we will always specify this within the product information. We’re working really hard to make sure all of our new products are vegan for you!

IS SHRINE BEAUTY TESTED ON ANIMALS?

We would never test on animals!
