Your satisfaction is important to us, so we will work hard to ensure we take care of your needs fairly and promptly. If your item(s) are damaged, defective or were shipped in error, you may return the item(s) for a full refund, within 10 days of order receipt.
Please note that in the event of a return due to no fault of our own, we are unable to provide free return shipping.
Please keep all original packaging, as items not in their original packaging are not returnable. Unless your return is for a product that is damaged or defective, items must be in resalable condition.
Returns must be made within 10 days of order receipt.
Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please provide your order number, item number(s) and quantities you´d like to return, and the reason for your return. Please note we cannot cover shipping costs for returns.
Once you have a return shipping address, carefully repackage the item in its original packaging. Write your order number on the outside of the shipping package. Do not write on the product packaging.
Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you do so (in case you need to show you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel).
Once our warehouse has processed your return, a refund will be applied to your account, or to the credit card you used for the purchase. Your refund will be issued as soon as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing of returned merchandise.
A return shipping address will be provided to you for all returns. Please wait to receive that address prior to shipping.
Returns must be in original manufacturers packaging, and products must be in resalable condition.

If you ordered an item incorrectly, or changed your mind about the product, we will refund the purchase price of the unopened, resalable item minus the shipping costs.
If we sent you a damaged/defective item, or made a mistake and shipped the incorrect item, we will refund the total amount from your order.
