SHIPPING Policies

UK SHIPPING: 

  • We use Royal Mail to Ship All Items to the UK. 
  • Everything we send out is 1st Class. However at check out you have the option to go for non tracked or tracked. Both estimated to arrive within 1-3 days
  • Please note any orders placed after 11am will be shipped next day. 
  • Prices are from £1 - £4.99
  • We offer super £1 postage on our glitter bags and face jewels. If you opt for the pots the postage starts from £2.99
  • Please monitor shipping from when 'dispatched email' is received.
  • Please note we do not work weekends. Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday (Saturdays at busy periods). 
  • If you have not received your order in 4 working days from dispatch email please contact orders@thegypsyshrine.com
  • PLEASE NOTE - we are not responsible for incorrect imputed information at check out. If you have imputed your address incorrectly and not contacted us to change this before the item is shipped. You will have to wait until the package as returned back at our warehouse before we can re send. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

  • We ship worldwide
  • We ship all our items via Royal Mail 1st Class post non tracked service or via DHL's tracked service. 
  • Please allow 5 - 15 working days to receive your item. Average delivery is up to 10 working days.
  • If you have not recieved your item in 15 working days please email orders@thegypsyshrine.com with your full name and order number. Please allow up to 1 day reponse time. 
  • Our operating hours are GMT so please bear this time difference in mind before you process your order.
  • Please note with international shipping to keep your costs low opt for our glitter bags rather than pots!  
  • Our shipping costs are based on weight of products - we do not over charge for shipping.

Order Confirmation and tracking

You will receive your order confirmation number via email and you can request your shipping tracking number by emailing us at orders@thegypsyshrine.com . 

Damaged Goods

You must notify us immediately if you receive a product that is damaged in shipment and make a note of any damage on the bill of lading or delivery ticket. If possible take a photo of the damaged goods from your phone.  Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before requesting a return or re-order.
